The 7’x 7’ Bournemouth Summer House by Walton's is a superb garden building with a veranda made from tongue and grooved timber panels and supported by a robust framing.
This is the 7’x 7’ version of the Bournemouth Summer House which is constructed from top quality tongue and groove cladding to the roof, floor and walls. The tongue and grooved timber panels securely sit on a sturdy 27mm x 32mm framing, guaranteeing longevity and durability of the garden building for years.
These beautiful summer houses have floor to ceiling fully glazed double doors that keep the interior illuminated all day. The doors also come with matching handles and locks that add more beauty to the summer house. The 7’ x 7’ summer house comes with a small veranda that makes the summer house even more attractive than it already is. You will get a roll of hardwearing mineral roofing felt that will keep the roof of the summer house protected from rainwater damage or fungal decay. The fixtures and fittings are supplied with the summer house together with detailed assembly instructions manual.

In order to receive the full 10 year anti-rot guarantee, it is necessary that you treat the garden building with a high quality, spirit-based, timber preservative prior to or shortly after construction. This will protect the timber from weathering and will need to be repeated accordingly in relation to manufacturer’s instructions. See Terms and Conditions for further information.
